With a history that can be traced back to entrepreneurs from the 1800s, the Erlen Group is a family-owned group of companies. We are committed to the success of our owners, team members, clients and the communities we serve.
Our Three Pillars
Our three pillars represent the three areas of business that The Erlen Group is involved in everyday.
The first pillar is representative of our past and the real estate investment made in 1946. Today known as the Springfield Underground - an industrial park with private tenants. The Erlen Group also owns The Frisco Building - an office complex on east Chestnut in Springfield Mo. As well as Lime Light Development - a developer of industrial parks and warehouses for the broader southwest Mo area.
The second pillar is representative of our present and our involvement with several aggregate companies. The Erlen Group currently operates three large limestone quarries: Westside Stone, Joplin Stone, and Carroll County Stone. We have also partnered with Gillespie Crushing - a portable crushing company. These companies are currently building the foundation for the future.
The third pillar is representative of the future and our logistics division. The Erlen Group is building a better future with our partners Cold Zone - a premier provider of cold storage, and Umlaut Industrial - a transloading company specializing in the rail car transportation industry.
